The Government's reforms are appreciated in United States of America. Within a meeting with leader of PDM, Vlad Plahotniuc, member of the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the United States Congress, Ted Poe, declared that Republic of Moldova manages to register significant progresses for the citizens' well-being, despite facing numerous hardships.

"We spoke of the reforms implemented in Republic of Moldova and those that will following be implemented. We also have spoken of Transnistria, of the necessity to fight against Russian propaganda and consolidate Republic of Moldova's energy security" president of PDM, Vlad Plahotniuc said.

Vlad Plahotniuc claims that Ted Poe also empathized the importance of maintaining the track Republic of Moldova is on and reaffirmed his support to continue developing the relations between USA and Moldova.

"He is a good friend of Republic of Moldova and knows well the situation from the region. Mister Poe was also present at the summit on regional security that took place in March 2018 in Republic of Moldova, that was attended by presidents of the three Parliaments of Moldova, Ukraine and Georigia" president of PDM, Vlad Plahotniuc declared.

Vlad Plahotniuc is currently visiting the United States of America, where the official will meet with multiple political leaders, members of civil societies and American academicians.

During the meeting with congressman Pete Olson, Vlad Plahotniuc spoke of the efforts made by Republic of Moldova to diversify energy sources.

Along with president of PDM, Vlad Plahotniuc, at the meeting were also present the party's vice-presidents  Andrian Candu and Vlad Cebotari.
