Official Language - Romanian language is celebrated today throughout the Moldova. Several officials, including Moldovan Democratic Party Chairman Vlad Plahotniuc, congratulated Moldovan citizens on this occasion.

"Let's go further to the future without losing our national authenticity.

In a world where we are increasingly connected to international values, our modernization should not overshadow our history that our ancestors preserved. 

August 31st annually reminds us that Moldovan history was written in the same language, the Romanian language. We have the duty to celebrate the treasure of our culture and to pass on this legacy.
