Vlad Plahotniuc declared in an interview for Ziarul Naţional that PDM is respecting all its obligations and it is not attacking any far-right party, including Maia Sandu. 

"PDM never attacked Maia Sandu, nor any other far-right party. Our only reactions where when they have unjustly accused us and you, journalists, mass media, have requested yourselves a reaction. We ourselves  have never launched an attack against the far-right opposition, which already lacks power. On the contrary, we have invited the pro-European opposition to join forces and work for a common aim, to cease this splitting" PDM's president declared.

Vlad Plahotniuc has also expressed that parties should not rush to reject PDM's offers. The opposition should not let obsession and pride rule their common sense.

In this context, the official has declared that he is ready to take the first step and allow the far-right opposition to follow.

"I am prepared to make the first step, to prove for opposition that this is not a scam, as some are afraid that it will lead to their doom. I believe that the problem is not our offer, but the fact that they simply do not wish to collaborate, as they are not interested in our country. They are simply obssesed to defeat me or PDM and it blinds them, makes them run in circles.

Why do you think the latest statistics made by IRI show a growth in trust toward PDM and a fall for the opposition? Many started realizing what I have just explained. In an interview from the year before, I said that those parties who are just obsessed with taking me down will gradually fall, as those before them did. One has started losing popularity right before elections, while another has nearly lost it all. Were I someone else, I would be happy, but I realize that it might cause far-right parties to not have enough mandates to ensure that the Government continues being pro-European. Or, an European path is and will continue to be the desire of the majority" Vlad Plahotniuc said.
