Vladimir Țurcan challenged his dismissal from the position of President of the Constitutional Court (CCM). He registered a motion with the secretariat of the Court, Monday morning, requesting the plenum of the CCM to annul the dismissal decision and the decision to elect Domnica Manole as President of the Court.

PUBLIKA.MD reminds that Vladimir Țurcan was dismissed from the position of President of the Constitutional Court on April 23. At that time, the CC judges elected Judge Domnica Manole as President of the Court for a term of three years.
