A man living in Capital risks being fined for throwing used tires into the park on I.L.Caragiale st in Capital. 

The suspect, 52, has been identified by legal people after video of his actions were posted on social networks. 

The suspects risk a fine of up to 1,800 lei or unpaid community work from 20 to 60 hours.
