Investigation officers of the Râşcani sector of Chisinau Police Directorate have been in possession of operative information, such as that in a flat from Râşcani sector a drug use spree is organized.
Three suspects aged between 28 and 32 years previously sentenced for similar crimes were investigated for about two months, after which the police officer organized searches in their flats from Rascani sector.
Following on-the-spot investigations, police found crafted hand-made drugs, a marijuana-like vegetal mass, yellowish and red vegetal mass, and 27 pills, all worth about $ 15,000. These were picked up, sealed and transported to the Forensic Tech-Forensic Center and PGI Judicial Expertise.
Depending on the results of chemical tests, suspects may be prosecuted for Illegal Drugs Smuggling, Ethnobotanics or their analogues, and be deprived of their liberty for up to 4 years.
