White night in the polling stations. Once the voting process ended, the officials remained to proceed the ballots. Afterwards, all documents reached Constituency Electoral Commission and were verified thoroughly.
At station no 26-10 of the Capital, the activity lasted about 5 hours.
"Each member must sign the lists, then we cancel the unused ballots, afterwards, we count the votes", said Svetlana Bogunet, chairman of the polling station 26/10.
Observers said they had a lot of work, because there were four different ballots:
"We have lots of ballots, four types of ballots. We have lots of work".
After proceeding ballots, presidents of polling stations must transport minutes to constituency electoral councils.
"The electoral process went properly, abiding by law. The bags were sealed, went right, according to the procedures in force, the bags were sealed, the portfolios were sealed. We respected instructions given by the Constituency Electoral Council", stated Ludmila Mihăiescu, the president of the station 32-29.
"We brought equipment, video, without any incidents, we did not have any complaints," Svetlana Petruşca, president of the stations 32-11, underlined.
Electoral Councils have the responsibility to verify that all the materials submitted are sealed in order to comply with legal requirements.
"After we receive, we have 32 polling stations in our constituency, we are waiting for all of us to present our minutes, and after finalization we will also make a verbatim report," said Ludmila Cutasevici, chairman of the Electoral Council of Corcuscription 32.
In the country, stations were opened in 2018 and over 3.4m ballots were distributed.
