Alexandr Malkevich, the president of the Russian Civil Society Chamber was not allowed to enter Moldovan territory and had to return home from the Chisinau International Airport. 

The information was confirmed by border police. 

According to preliminary information, the official failed to meet the conditions to pass border because he didn't indicate his purpose of visit. He had to return home with the Chisinau - Moscow route.
