The desperate cries of the victim were heard by a tenant of an apartment building on Stefan cel Mare Boulevard, which immediately announced police. The police crew surprised the aggressor in a compromising posture rather, to support the version of a rape. They put the individual to the ground and handcuffed him. The suspect, however, claims he is innocent.

The victim related that she was alone when the individual dragged her into the bushes, to rape her.

While the suspect was justifing himself, he kept repeating that he has no fault, a known man told law enforcers what he saw.
