Prosecutors have submitted to the court the case against a woman, who this summer attempted to murder how own minor children.

The incident took place in August 2017, in Botanica sector from the Capital, when a 36-year-old woman has stabbed her 12-year-old and 1-year-old children, afterward attempting to end her own life. She was stopped by her mother-in-law, who was the one to call for an ambulance and saved all three of their lives.

Prosecutors have demanded a mental health assessment, which established that the woman suffers from chronic mental illness that develops- schizophrenia, taking insanity defense and being admitted to an asylum.

Prosecutors request the court to apply measures of medically restricting the accused.
