The State Flag Day was also celebrated in Orhei town. The young Democrats have build a huge puzzle. Over one hundred people say they are proud of the national symbol of the country.

The event was also attended by local public authorities.

"Every citizen is part of the state and it's our duty to be proud of our country", said the OT secretary of the Democratic Party of Moldova in Orhei town, Marin Mihailov.

The flag was stretched over an area of 60 square meters in the center of the city. The young people's gesture has created a real celebration atmosphere in Orhei.

The State Flag Day was established in 2010, the tricolor being accepted officially on 27 April 1990.
