A citizen of Balti town, was indicted, accused of fraudulently obtaining a loan from Banca de Economii. 

According to information, the defendant held an activity with formal economic indicators senior in a firm, and later, together with the manager, submitted a set of false documents to BEM, obtaining a loan of 1,250.000 dollars. 

The defendant is being investigated in reman and the criminal investigation of his accomplice, manager of the company, has been disjoined in a separate procedure, which is announced in the search.

The criminal case was sent for examination at Buiucani District Court. 

If he will be found guilty, he faces up to 8 years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or to practice certain activities for up to five years or a fine up to 3,000 conventional units.
