Penitentiary employees find prohibited objects sent to inmates in detention institutions
During the last 72 hours, the employees of the detention institutions have registered many deflections from the legislation regarding the introduction of prohibited objects and substances in the detention institutions.
As a result of searches, the employees of Penitentiaries no.1-Taraclia, no.3-Leova, no.4 and no.15-Cricova, no.9-Pruncul, no.12-Bender, and no.13-Chisinau found prohibited objects in the cells of inmates and the spaces beside them.
Thus, were fund and seized: 10 cellphones and 5 accessories for them, 2 sets of play cards, 100 liters of alcoholic beverages, 1.5 liters of wine and a heater.
The mentioned cases were registered, and the accumulated materials were sent to Police Inspectorate employees for the investigations and taking decisions according to law in force.
