European Employers' Forum held in Capital
The unique chance for Moldovans who want to get a job in a company with foreign capital. More than 20 transnational companies that have offices in Moldova, expressed their vacancies at European Employers' Forum held in the Capital. The event drew dozens of young people looking for a job.
The purpose of the Forum was to facilitate contact between young professionals from Moldova and foreign-owned companies, who need labor.
"Here you have better chances for employment in foreign companies. You can ensure your future here in Moldova", said President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry France-Moldova, Emmanuel Skoulios.
"They better chance to learn foreign languages so that they can work in a foreign-owned company offering higher salaries compared to national companies", said Deputy Minister of Education, Cristina Boaghe.
Most employers seeking IT specialists that speak foreign languages or accountants.
"We are a team of IT specialists, working for the French market, we make softwares, but also others in the field. The world is changing, any operation can be done online, so it is a field with great promise" , the representative of a companies, Matthieu Cartiller.
"Salaries are discussed at the personal interview, individualy, discussing the addictive powers" , said a company representative, Irina Cozma.
The event attracted students, but also students from vocational schools. But not everyone found the position you want.
The event was organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of France in Moldova and is in its second edition.
