Customs Office ordered the initiation of two internal investigations to establish all circumstances  of alleged illegalities after the NACC officers and anticorruption prosecutors have at Leuseni and Sculeni have been closed for extensive searches.

Also, the department of Internal Security, a subdivision of the Customs responsible for examining cases of misbehavior and corrupt behavior among employees, has received assistance at the request of investigative authorities.

We note that under the reforms started, the institution adopted a zero tolerance policy towards any involvement of employees in corruption schemes, which is why the Customs Service is willing to provide the necessary support for the clearing of the circumstances of any violation activity in the subordinated subdivisions.
