Public associations, foundations, private institutions, religious institutions can apply for registration in the list of beneficiaries of the 2-per-cent Law of the Ministry of Justice until December 29th, 2016.

According to the regulation approved by the Government on November 30th and published in the "Official Gazette" on December 2nd, 2016, there are specific criteria of applicants that may benefit from this mechanism.

The request for 2017 may be filed within 20 working days of the entry into force of the legal act.

Later in the period of September 1st to 30th each year, applicants should submit their registration applications and organizations already included in the list of beneficiaries will be automatically transferred in the new list.

Also, if the applicant did not submit the complete information, the Justice Ministry will notify them by e-mail within 20 working days from the expiry of the deadline for submission.

The list of beneficiaries will be made public until December 31st, 2016.
