Moldovan official journal roundup for December 9th
Several categories of students will benefit from increase in scholarships, in line with the amendment to a government decision due to be published in the Official Journal (Monitorul Oficial) of Moldova on 9 December, as stated by Moldpres.
Under the document, the amount of the scholarship for the specialties in pedagogical, agrarian and medical profile (for students of Ist cycle, integrated studies, medical and pharmaceutical education and pupils of vocational education) increases by 20 per cent against the scholarship currently provided for.
At the same time, the amount of the scholarship in the last year of studies (for students of Ist cycle, integrated studies, medical and pharmaceutical education and pupils of vocational education) increases at specialties in pedagogical, agrarian and medical profile by 40 per cent, and for other specialties - by 20 per cent.
The scholarships will be granted every semester, according to the results of examination session and will be paid monthly. During the summer holidays, pupils and students will not benefit from the scholarship.
