The Cabinet of Ministers approved the lists of candidates to the Presidential Scholarship for the 2016-2017 academic year.

The document provides for 10 scholarships, 1,200 lei each, for students in higher education and 5 scholarships, 930 lei each, for students in technical vocational education.

Also today the list of beneficiaries of scholarships that will be awarded to students of higher education institutions and students in vocational education institutions in post-secondary technical school for 2016-2017 year was approved.

12 students of  high education institutions in the republic will benefit os scholarships worth 1,320 lei and 3 students will benefit from Government's scholarship in the amount of 1,100 lei.

However, a number of 20 students in technical vocational education institutions are granted with the "Gaudeamus" scholarship, amounting to 800 lei.
