The Chisinau police discovered a smoking car on a street in the city.

Approaching the vehicle the officers noticed a sleeping man his head on the steering wheel and foot – on the acceleration pedal.

The 28-year-old man recognized he had taken drugs, as the police saw a small bag with marijuana next to him.

If found guilty of illegal consumption of drugs, the man may be sentenced up to

240 h of community work or a fine of about $1000.
