Grants worth of over 460 million lei have been paid to farmers earlier this year.

In this regard, the Agency for Payments and Intervention for Agriculture has paid for over 3,700 applications. In the next period, the account will be passed to farmers and other outstanding subsidies worth 105 million lei.

The fund for subsidizing farmers for this year is of 900 million lei, with 200 million lei more compared to 2015.
