It is circulated in winter conditions in the Capital. We can see from the images observed by an eye witness the streets covered with a layer of snow, but also trees fallen on margin. The workers intervene for the branches’ clearing and to set again to work the trolley-bus lines affected by the bad weather.

 Pavel Filip, prime-minister asked the Service Civil Protection and Exceptional Situations (SPCSE) to take urgent measures in the prevention, in the intervention, imposed by the situation created in the non-favorable climate conditions.

There is forecasted cold weather for the next days. The minimums will decrease till minus four degrees in the Capital, in the weekend. There will be registered till 11 degrees Celsius during daytime, according to the meteorologists.
