Transnistrian region authorities intend to license grain, oil and technical crop exports
Exports of grain, oil-bearing and technical crops from Transnistrian region will become possible only at the availability of a license, Infotag reports.
This is provided in the legislative initiative of unrecognized Transnistrian Moldovan republic (PMR) president Vadim Krasnoselsky, submitted on Monday to the supreme soviet [parliament] in the regime of legislative necessity with the term of consideration till June 28.
According to the proposed amendments to the law on licensing separate types of activity, exports of grains, oil-bearing crops and technical crops is allowed by all the economic entities, independently of the organizational legal form, the form of property, without any other restrictions, not discussed by license requirements and restrictions.
Licensing does not concern exports of grains, oil and technical crops by legal persons or industrial entrepreneurs, in condition if at least 70% of goods are of company’s own production.
