Passport validity in Moldova might raise to 10 years

Passports of people over 16-year-old might have a 10 years validity and not 7, as it is now. This initiative is being elaborated by a group of deputies and is supported by the Government.
The project also foresees the removal of the blood type from identity card, from the simple and diplomatic passports.
This document also suggests that the electronic identity card will also be issues based on the digital signature.
