Government and Democrat Party - champions at legislative initiatives proposed in Parliament
This year, the Democratic Party of Moldova presented 68 legislative initiatives, followed by PSRM, who came up with 20 proposals to amend the legislation. The fewest projects came from PLDM, 3 legislative initiatives.
"I propose to review the most important actions, achievements that took place during the spring session of this year.
It was the last session of the Parliament and the longest session in terms of time, since it started in February and ended in July, the mandate of the current legislature expires on November 30.
After that, parliament still exists until the election of the new parliament, but the competences and powers of the current parliament are limited. Only parliamentary decisions and only ordinary laws can be approved.

More than 288 legislative initiatives have been registered. The Government came with 99 initiatives, PDM - 68, PSRM - 20, PCRM - 17, Presidency - 16, PPEM - 10, PL - 7, non - affiliates - 6 and PLDM - 3.
PUBLIKA.MD reminds that last year, PDM deputies presented 70 legislative initiatives, followed by PSRM, who came up with 51 proposals to amend the legislation. The deputies of PLDM and the non-attached ones proposed 26 normative acts. The fewest projects came from liberals and communists.
Also, 78 projects were registered by the Permanent Bureau, the People's Assembly of Gagauzia and a group of deputies from all parliamentary factions.
