New reshuffle in government: Foreign Ministry selected its State Secretary
Vladislav Kulminski was appointed as the State Secretary for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The announcement was made by Nicu Popescu, Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, at today's Government meeting.
At the same time, Octavian Mahu was removed from the position of head of the Balti Territorial Office of the State Chancellery. He will end the activity on October 25, 2019.
The head of the Cabinet of Ministers also dismissed the deputy head of the Archive Service, Ion Golovatîi.
PUBLIKA.MD recalls that previously the Foreign Ministry announced it looked for a state secretary and one of the conditions set for the candidates was to know the Moldovan language.

Moreover, Vladislav Kulminsk was a member of the European People's Party of Moldova (PPEM). According to an investigation by rise.md, he was also an adviser to former PM Iurie Leanca. He was paid over four thousand dollars a month, from US billionaire George Soros, through a non-governmental organization in Germany.
