Moldova's Justice Minister Fadei Nagacevschi will send the Prosecutors Superior Council (PSC) a shortlist of candidates for general prosecutor selected in the competition. The statement was made today in a press briefing. 

Fadei Nagacevschi said he did not find any legal act in the ministry which canceled the result of contest. 

"If the former minister had canceled the result of that competition, it would have violated the law. She preferred not to cancel but also violated the law, refusing to send the list to PSC", said Fadei Nagacevschi.
