Voters for presidential elections can declare their new place of residence
Voters casting their votes in the November 1 presidential election can apply to declare their new place of residence.
According to the CEC, in order to vote at a polling station, the voter will submit a residence declaration to the local public administration authority in the locality where he wants to vote. Through this procedure, the voter will be registered in the electoral list of the polling station according to the declared place of residence and will be able to exercise his right to vote at the respective polling station.
The declaration together with the attached identity document will be submitted in person until October 1. Upon submission of the declaration, the voter will also present the original identity document for confirmation.
Statements submitted for previous elections are no longer valid.
