The Ministry of Education, Culture and Research mentioned that educational institutions from all over Moldova will continue to operate according to the selected models, after the red warning of COVID-19 was established in several districts. 

A communiqué issued by the Ministry of Health states that the tightening or relaxation of public health measures aimed at the activity of schools will be coordinated in advance with the Extraordinary Territorial Commission of Public Health.

"In case of confirmation of the COVID-19 infection in a student / teacher - all students in that class are placed in self-isolation at home for 14 days, the calculation of days being made from the last day of contact with the person confirmed for COVID-19. The class will continue its online studies for the mentioned period (14 days). The decision regarding the self-isolation of the teachers, who taught in the respective academic class will be taken by the head of the educational institution, based on the didactic specifics and the epidemiological risks ", according to the communiqué issued by the Ministry of Education.
