On a Facebook post, PDM deputy Andrian Candu said that the structure of Constitutional Court is already compromised and all members of the institution should resign. The judge Liuba Sova offered an interview on a private TV yesterday. 

"This interview is simply brilliant. "The people's interest are put above the law". 

Is this the rule of law that the new government edifies, through PSRM-ACUM Alliance? 

This component of Constitutional Court is compromised already, even when they yet to start any activity. The judge Liuba Sova suspects that the future decision will be made by people outside the Court.

Vladimir Ţurcan was elected President of Constitutional Court after few days Parliament ignored the result of judge contest in which Ţurcan didn't even participate. 

The former Socialist deputy was elected with the secret vote of most magistrates for three years. His deputy, Liuba Şova, was appointed by the Government.
