What does BNM say about Slusari's declarations
Asked by our television station, the National Bank (BNM) Press Service representatives couldn't tell us if the institution sent a document to the Parliament's commission of inquiry.
We recall that in July, the Parliamentary Committee of Inquiry regarding the Investigation of Bank Fraud, published the Kroll 2 report.
This is in spite of the contractual clause which provides for the confidentiality of this document. Former Prosecutor General Eduard Harujen said then that those who will publish information in the report risk paying out hundreds and tens of thousands of Euros, perhaps millions, for the damage caused by breaching a contractual clause.
We recall that the Kroll 1 report was published by former Parliament Speaker Andrian Candu four years ago.
