Animals in the nature reserve "Padurea Domneasca" have not been forgotten in the winter. Whereas during this period they hardly find food, protected area employees take care of them while bringing them food, which does not last until morning.
Bisons eat daily up to 25 kilograms of food combined from different cereals. Workers even climb on sleds of the reserve in order to get faster to every point to feed the animals.
Within the reserve it has been built a corral of eleven hectares for 20 deer, which will be brought into the reserve in spring.
