Atlantic Council will continue supporting the efforts of Moldova's Government in implementing reforms
Extending the dialogue between Moldova and America, as well as realizing joint projects to ensure regional stability, process of reform implementation in our country and launching joint programs for bilateral cooperation were discussed by Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, Tudor Ulianovschi and representatives of the Atlantic Council - vice president Damon Wilson and Ambassadors Alexander Vershbow and John Herbst.
Minister Tudor Ulianovschi mentioned the existence of an efficient dialogue between authorities from Republic of Moldova and Atlantic Council, identifying together a large spectrum of cooperation in various fields such as security, economic, judicial etc, as well as the possibility to increase the visibility of progresses registered in the positive development in Republic of Moldova at the regional and international level.
"Thanks to this cooperation, Republic of Moldova has the support of the Atlantic Council not only in forming a positive image for the international community, but also in implementing reform strategies in ares important for our state" Minister Ulianovschi said.
Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration specified that adherence to European Union and bringing into force best European practices remain the main objectives of the foreign policy.
"We will intensify efforts to bring our country closer to European integration based on concrete and consistent approaches, to meet the expectations of our citizens and European partners" Tudor Ulianovschi explained.
Here, vice president of the Atlantic Council, Damon Wilson appreciated the recent positive developments from Republic of Moldova, mentioning the Government's determination to implement reforms in social-economic and political areas.
