The company AVIA INVEST qualifies as raider attack, the actions of the Government to initiate the insolvency proceedings against the company.

"These actions can be characterized as petty raider methods. It is an absurd situation, because there are financial resources but we can't use them which resulted in these insolvency proceedings. Artificially, the situation is created, AVIA INVEST will be accused of not fulfilling the contractual obligations ", said the director of AVIA INVEST Igor Salov in a press conference on Monday. 

According to him, the company will address the Stockholm Arbitration Court.
