Former PLDM MP Chiril Lucinschi will spend 30 days in house arrest. The decision was taken by judges, after the prosecutors have made the appeal.
Chiril Lucinschi doesn't collaborate and pleads not guilty. The son of the former president of the country was detained on May 25th, being accused of money laundering in the banking fraud case.
If found guilty, Lucinschi risks up to 10 years imprisonment.
