Parliament must be dissolved, confirms Constitutional Court on Sunday. The Court declared that there are circumstances which justify the Parliament dissolution. During three-month time limit to form new government since the validation of February elections, parties failed to reach an alliance. 

The Court decision is definite and can't be subjected to any appeals. The Court announced this decision following the referral of Interim President of Moldova, Pavel Filip, who proposed the examination this urgently, in order to avoid institutional block which probably affects the legislative power.
