After the Government's meeting, Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration, Cristina Lesnic, spoke of the Integration program for 2018 and answered to questions tied to the registration plates for Transnistria.

"Today the Government has approved a new document. We speak of the Integration program for 2018. This program includes multiple activities for the people living in Transnistria. I wish to mentioned that the budget has foreseen for those activities 15 million lei.

It is important to mentioned that this program will be beneficial to all citizens, particularly for some activities. Here I wish to mention some of them:

The education system, including kindergartens, sewage, activities tied to the country's reintegration. A commission has selected 49 projects out of 140 submitted. Between 2011-2017 the Government has financed around 309 projects with 82 million lei.

We hope this program will improve the standard of living.

Regarding the registration plates. Chisinau and Tiraspol have singed an agreement. Some of the benefits include being one step closer to solving the problem drivers registered in Transnistria face. Our authorities will be more present in that region.

By September, this mechanism will be implemented. Around 15 employees will be present in departments from Râbnița and Tiraspol" Cristina Lesnic explained.
