Deputy premier meets head of EU Delegation to Moldova
Deputy Prime Minister Gheorghe Balan received today the Head of EU Delegation in Moldova, Pirkka Tapiola, with reference to Bureau for Reintegration, Moldpres informs.
The officials discussed the progress of negotiations on the Transnistrian settlement process, sector working groups’ activity and reviewed the actual themes on agenda of Chisinau and Tiraspol dialogue.
At the same time, the deputy premier informed the Head of EU Delegation about the decision approved at the Government meeting on Wednesday 09 November this year, "On some issues of introduction of oil products through the eastern border", stressing the benefits of this measure for operators on both sides of the Dniester river, practicing the import of fuels lubricants.
The interlocutors also exchanged views on some other topical issues.
