It was difficult to pass because he parked right on the sidewalk.
It was impossible for a passer-by in wheelchair. A witness photographed the scene and posted the image on his Facebook page.
The National Patrolling Inspectorate took notice and registered the violation. Subsequently, there will be established the car’s owner, and the driver has to present himself at the Inspectorate for the drawing of a report and to be applied a fine for the committed violation.
