Students from the entire country started today a new year of school, and the younger ones went for the first time in a journey in the land of knowledge.

Filled with emotions and carrying flower bouquets, the children participated in the solemn square, at which the first bell rang.

This year, approximately 340,000 children went to over 1,300 primary schools, gymnasiums and high schools throughout the country. Approximately 33,000 children went to first grade, with approximately 2,000 less than 2015.
