Four kindergartens in Chisinau have managed to hold on to the necessary equipment for steam cooking, as required by the new menu rules approved by the Ministry of Health.

At the oven purchased by the institution can be cooked meat and fish dishes prepared in accordance with recommendations of the Ministry of Health. Such a machine costs up to 80,000 lei.

Kindergartens don't have steam ovens to prepare food in other ways.

The Ministry of Health will monitor the implementation of new menus within three months.
