17 new cases of coronavirus infection have been recorded in Moldova, bringing the total number of patients to 66.

"17 of 90 people tested positive for coronavirus. 12 cases are local transmission: 8 from Chisinau, 1 from Hîncești, 2 from Sîngerei  and 1 from Ștefan Vodă. There are five infected patients who returned from Ukraine and Russia. 

Moldova has totally 66 patients with COVID-19", Moldovan Health Minister Viorica Dumbrăveanu said.
