Moldova landscapes amazed foreign photographers in "Discover the routes of life"
In August 2016, a group of 11 photographers from Moldova, France, Romania and Italy participated in ”Gustar Experience” photo trip, organized with the support of the Moldova Competitiveness Project, which is financed by USAID and the Swedish Government, and the Inbound Tourism Association of Moldova (ANTRIM).
The project aimed to offer a unique experience to young photographers that would discover Moldova’s main tourism attractions, would exchange experiences about travel photography and contribute to enriching the photo-database used for promoting Moldova as a travel destination.
During this week-long experience, the group of photographers, animated by journalist Nata Albot, traveled though Moldova to discover the beauty of the Nr. 1 off-the beaten path of destination in Europe (according to Lonely Planet).
Photographers from Italy, Poland, Romania and Moldova have visited several country wineries such as: Cricova, Asconi, Et Cetera and KaraGani (Gagauzia) Subterranean City. The participants were surprised by the beauties of southern Moldova, namely: the Lower Prut scientific reserve, including Beleu Lake and Prut River.
