The village of Palanca in the southeastern district of Ștefan Vodă agrees to temporarily lend Ukraine 1.2 ha of land to build a road.

The administration of Odesa specifies the road will be used only until it fixes a bridge over the Dniester River. 

But Prime Minister Pavel Filip is to take a final decision.

The bridge on the road linking the Ukrainian localities of Odesa and Reni is due to end in June.
