A 29-year-old citizen of the Republic of Moldova is being investigated by the specialized departments of the Customs Service for attempting to introduce illegally five bayonets in the country, dating back to the late nineteenth century.

The weapons were detected by the customs officers at Leuşeni.

The detected objects were sent for expertise in order to establish an eventual belonging to the category of historical-cultural objects.
