According to a decision of the so-called Tiraspol authorities, people who will return to the Transnistrian region on November 15 will have to present the stamp of the identity card that will confirm their participation in the vote. Otherwise, they will be issued an epidemiological card with the indication to isolate themselves for two weeks.
