Citizens will be just in gain from setting up the Public Services Agency, says Premier Pavel Filip. The number of proceedings will decrease, as the quality of services will improve significantly.

The Prime Minister has asked the chiefs of the agencies which will merge to get highly involved in the reshaping process.

Pavel Filip says also the number of certificates to be issued to citizens is to be optimized.

He has said people won’t need to stay in queues, top waste time and money to get different documents, as the only document the citizen will need in its rapport with the state is the identity bulletin.

The Public Services Agency was set up on April 25.
