Citizens want the reorganization of state institutions, in order to spend less time in queues and less money for fees.
Rita Strebac is a Falesti town resident that came to Chisinau to change her civil status. The woman says the one-stop shop will provide all the services needed and will be much easier.
Moldovans think the changes will be good and they will benefit of state services that will be made in one place, without having to travel hundreds of miles to get one document.
The Public Service Agency will include the State Registration Chamber, the Licensing Chamber, the Cadaster State Enterprise and the Civil Status Office.
