Morning started with series of accidents occurring in the capital due to lack of attention, sleepiness, and non-compliance with traffic rules.

In the first picture, a driver violently collided with a tree. 

Another accident happened on Alba Iulia Street in Chisinau's Buiucani District. The picture shows how a Mercedes-Benz minibus was seriously damaged.

So far no cause is known for any of the accidents.

In the past 24 hours in Chisinau there were 51 road accidents, causing material damage and 5 injured. Out of which in 20 cases, resulting with material damage, teams of the Transport and Traffic Surveillance from Chisinau Police Department have been dispatched.
