National Olympic and Sports Committee has come up with a response concerning the temporary suspension of canoeing Sergei Tarnovschi after doping test fail carried out before the Olympics begin.

NOSC claims he was not officially notified by the International Canoe Federation, the International Olympic Committee and World Anti-Doping Association about the case, as procedure stipulates.
