Dwelling blocks in the western town of Leova begin looking like houses after staying neglected for decades. They are being rebuilt in a governmental project on social dwellings.

Visiting the site, Regional Development and Constructions Minister Vasile Bîtca said: "The works run as expected. The construction firm will have those 92 apartments ready four months before the term.”

The dwellers will get the key later this summer. Over a half of those EUR3.5 were allocated by the Development Bank of the Council of Europe.
